Sales Compensation Manager (Insurance) Jakarta , Indonesia

We are currently working with one of the leading insurance in Indonesia. For its Life Insurance division, we are seeking for the best talents for the position of Sales Compensation Manager. We are looking for visionary potential candidates with attention-to-detail attitude.

  • Responsible for P & L analysis and reports for the related division
  • Liaise with other internal stakeholders to execute detailed remuneration and compensation for the outside agents.
  • Effective in accounting-related tasks
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the programs implemented
  • Maintain good communications with the external agents.

Job Requirements
  • Holds at least bachelor degree in Accounting major or any other related fields
  • Having at least 5 years of experiences in statistics-related field
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Access is mandatory
  • Able to provide P & L for the management
  • Possess good leadership skills and ability to work in a team
  • Sound knowledge and experience in budgeting
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A high level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success

HEAD OF TAX (code: HT)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all taxation functions in the Company and ensure that all Company Financial Reports are reported compliance with tax regulations
  • Maintain the compliance through continuously update to the new tax rules and regulations, including preparation of tax planning for the Company
  • Manage and handle query from third parties related to tax, including liaise with tax consultant and tax office when necessary

General Requirements :
  • Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in related field in Company, big four accounting firms experience is highly preferable
  • Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details
  • Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members
  • Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills

Specific Requirements for Head of Tax :
  • Holding brevet certificates A and B
  • Proficiency in the preparation of corporate tax returns
  • Minimal 4 years working experience as a tax accountant/ consultant
