Mobility Administrator (Code: HMS MA)

You are responsible to provide administration services for International and Short Term Assignment, starting from pre departure, during assignment and end of assignment.


Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having 1 (one) year experience in administration, especially in Multinational Company
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Having knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Project, Power Point, MS. Word, etc)
  • Having knowledge in Immigration or Visa Process will become value added
  • Possess experience with HR or Personnel application software will be an advantage

Office Service Assistant (Code: HMS OSA)

Responsibility:

  • You are responsible to coordinate and control all daily activities related with household and license services in Office Service Head Quarter, in order to meet the required standards of effectiveness, efficiency, and legal compliance in HM Sampoerna.
  • You are responsible to coordinate expatriate & repatriation services (housing, personal effect, security and safety utilization, & environment knowledge) in order to ensure the achievement of optimum and excellence service level.

  • Maximum 27 years old for Bachelor and 30 years old for Master

Resident Auditor (RA)

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Auditor in Public Accountant Office or Consulting Group Auditor or Internal Auditor in a Bank or Financial Institutions
  • Maximum 35 years old (not yet 35 years old when apply)
  • Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) degree in Economic, Law, Engineering, FISIP (Business Administration), Agriculture and Animal Husbandry from university with accreditation score A or B.
  • Minimum GPA for Bachelor 2.75 of 4.00
