Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration and filling system, preferably in oil & gas industry

Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the President Field Production Manager, provides secretarial or clerical assistance in support of departmental objectives and in adherence to company standards

  • 3-5 years experience in secretary position

Generalist HR - Field (HR) - Gresik

Position Summary
  • Under the general direction of the Coordinator Field HR&GA, manages the day-to-day operations of the Gresik office.
  • Coordinate with HR Jakarta, manages the administrations of the HR Policies, procedures and programs, conduct recruiting and staffing, perform development and training.

Requirements
  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration.
