Legal Officer - Jakarta Selatan Duties - Provide legal advisory and interpretation services to the management and Board to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
- Prepare legal opinions and advising the management on general issues that may arise from time to time
- Provide advice on any litigations affecting
- Provide legal advisory and interpretation services to the management on various aspects on the existing law and regulatory requirements
- Prepare policy papers and instruments, which have legal implications for consideration by appropriate authorities
- Review and advice on MOUs between the company and other organizations including donors
