PT. Graha Niaga Tata Utama is the building management for Graha Niaga building located within the main business district of Jalan Jendral Sudirman. The Graha Niaga building is known as one of the building with distinct architecture in Jakarta. Unlike other office building that dedicates the outdoor area for parking lot, the Graha Niaga building is dominated by the green colour. The outdoor area is decked with a garden variety of potted plants and trees.
