Our client is seeking a professional EDC and POS terminal developer specialized in the financial service industry for the job of Senior Software Engineer, to be based in Jakarta. Key job responsibilities will include: Engage in requirements identification, development of software specifications Work with project managers and various teams to ensure on-time and quality of deliverable which is including software development, and Project pre-sale and post-sale support Demonstrate understanding of the phases of systems analysis, the software development process, and/or functional engineering principles Investigate and troubleshoot problems, in conjunction with various team Document reports, requirement specification, user manual, software debugging guide, etc Requirements: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent with at least 5 years� experience in C/C++ Payment industry knowledge is an added advantage Good understanding of software development life cycle best-practices, methods and conventions General programming knowledge - data structures, algorithms, design patterns, memory management, etc. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Team-player with proactive goal-oriented attitude All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence
