ARCHIBUS APPLICATION MANAGER Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Project Implementation
- Providing Professional Implementation Services to our Clients
- Assist in providing day to day Data Management and system administration for Clients.
- Write SQL and database update code
- Author workflow rules
- Define database table structures, relationships, and schema
- Modify client application user interfaces (HTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript)
- Create unit tests and test data for the applications
- Testing of the applications
- Author user documentation identifying the steps required to manage Clients Data
- Experience and Skills Required
Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science from reputable University with GPA min. 3.0
- Minimum 8 years of equivalent professional experience
- Strong technical background and problem solving skills
- Having experince as a consultant is prefered
- Web application experience (HTML, Java Script, SQL)
- Experience with a programming language (e.g. C#, ASP.Net, Java)
- Experience in XML/XSL is required
- Experience with AutoCAD is desired
- Familiarity with ARCHIBUS or other CAFM software is required
- Experience with ARCHIBUS a definite plus
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Finance, or Higher
- Education industries is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to work effectively on a team and independently
