The role As a key member of Lenddo's small but growing account management team your primary goal is delivering results for clients and maintaining good relationships in order to increase revenues. Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of accounts delivering revenue and customer satisfaction targets Project management duties including coordinating client requirements internally with the sales, technical and operations teams Delivering presentations on performance of results Product management including providing reviewing industry trends, market research, providing ideas for new products and improvements to existing products and being the client advocate in brainstorming sessions. Attending regular review meetings as well as sales calls, ad hoc meetings and brainstorming sessions with clients Maintaining good relationships with clients Requirements: 1+ years of account management experience, with a history of overachieving targets, preferably in a web based technology business. Must possess fluent verbal and written language skills in both Bahasa Indonesian and English. Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skills Confidence and a persuasive manner Tight organizational and time management skills Proven ability to work independently, with great business sense and the ability to work to tight timelines and budgets.
