Analyze market research data and consumer insights in order to understand brand and product issues and spot market opportunities

Assist Brand Manager in the development and execution of an operational brand plan, through making recommendations and supporting in the development of the brand programme and scheduling

Assist Brand Manager in the new product innovation process through liaising with market research and insights on product idea generation and with R&D and operations on product development and testing to obtain a ready for launch new product according to plan

Support program development of advertising and promotions to provide maximum sales target and effective market exposure of brand and products in the segment

Coordinate with channel, sales and promotions management on the launch and execution of the product plans in the segment

Monitor and report performance of own brand and products and brand expenditures in defined consumer segments against budget as defined in operational brand plan

Essential requirements

University degree in marketing/business (MBA degree preferred)

Native level Bahasa Indonesia and fluency in English

Minimum 2 years working experience as Brand Executive / Assistant Brand Manager in a leading multinational FMCG company

Good communication and engagement skills, e.g. influence in matrix structures, promotes ideas in clear and simple terms

Excellent and strong analytical thinking, be creative and detail oriented person

As a Brand Manger you will responsible to develop and implement the operational brand and product plan, aligned to the segment brand portfolio plan, to grow the assigned brand in a profitable way and ensure a competitive advantage in the defined segment.

You�ll also be looking to maximise the potential of your assigned Brand/s by developing, communicating and implementing successful brand strategies and effective consumer engagement activities.

Your strategies will be powerfully aligned to overall brand portfolio and business strategies and drive the achievement of overall brand objectives.

Key accountabilities

Develop and execute an operational brand plan, through operationalizing the brand programme, and budget and proposing the schedule for the brand programme, in order to meet brand's objectives and consumer segment requirements

Lead and plan the new product innovation process for own brand, coordinate with market research and insights on product innovation ideas and with R&D and operations on product development and testing to obtain a ready for launch new product

Develop programs for advertising and promotions to provide maximum sales target and effective market exposure of brand and products in the segment

Coordinate with channel, sales and promotions management on the launch and execution of the brand and product plans in the segment

Monitor and analyse performance of own brand and products and brand expenditures in defined consumer segments against plan and growth and profit objectives and carry out changes to the plan/programmes if necessary to ensure that targets are achieved

Essential requirements

At least 5 years working experience in Brand Marketing with 2 years in managerial position in a leading multinational FMCG company

Excellent communication and engagement

Experience in working with above market structures (global/regional team) will be a great advantage

Experience in "end to end" product/brand launch (from consumer insights until commercialization); at least 3 launches. Trade/ Sales experience will be an advantage

Proven understanding of all aspects of marketing and its link with the commercial strategy of the company - Good appreciation of overall business process

Understanding of longer term business strategy and how it links to the day to day activities of marketing and other functions

Strong ability to develop marketing strategy and able to articulate the strategy in convincing manner

Proven project management skills

Desirable requirements
