The Role:
Function:
Responsible for launching the Comapny brand (which will involve some brand switches) across the territory at Retail Stations, depots and terminals.

Design, Construction and Supervision of various petroleum projects. Ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of plans and specifications

Key Responsibilities:
DESIGN: Produce, agree and manage, with all relevant parties, a realistic design program and information required schedule to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements.

Petroleum depots: These depots should range from simple 2,000 cubic meter ones to large and complicated over 200,000 cubic meter ones. These terminals must be capable of handling all white products and spirits including crude oil, fuel oil and bitumen.

PROJECT FINANCING: Be responsible for the communication between the lenders and their technical advisors and the project team. Be responsible and follow up on the budget of the project.

SUPERVISION: Coordinate project execution activities to ensure that projects are implemented within budget and schedule.

STANDARDS COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance of codes, standards, regulation and practices applicable to the design and construction

(e.g API, ASME, ANSI, AGA, ISA, etc) including HSE and environmental compliance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Undergraduate/ postgraduate University Degree in Engineering.
  • Min 8 years of proven experience and working knowledge of all components of EPC
  • Experience with construction, upgrading and renovation of petrol stations and tank farm
  • Negotiating with suppliers and 3rd party contractors to execute the brand visual manifestation
  • Network planning of petrol stations
  • Project management of similar brand switch programs with other oil companies
  • Project management to manage and execute projects on time and within budget
  • Successful track record in achieving tasks and managing and influencing people

Tugas dan Tanggung jawab:
  • Menyajikan laporan-laporan yang akurat sehingga mudah diakses, informatif, dan mudah dimengerti.
  • Membantu kegiatan-kegiatan pemasaran/marketing secara keseluruhan
  • Menguasai seluruh produk di Divisi terkait
  • Mengatur pengarsipan bukti iklan
  • Membantu penanganan korespondensi dgn pemasok (supplier), kontraktor, media (pemasangan iklan), dan pihak-pihak lain yg terkait dalam suatu kegiatan pemasaran/marketing
  • Membantu administrasi proses claim dana pemasaran/marketing ke principal
  • Mengatur pengarsipan pemasaran/marketing baik hardcopy maupun softcopy agar tersusun rapi & mudah diakses
Kualifikasi:
  • Wanita. Usia maks 28 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. D3, semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Administrasi Marketing lebih diutamakan
  • Memiliki ketrampilan komunikasi yang baik, cekatan, teliti, tekun, dan inisiatif.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, khususnya program Ms. Office
